Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is structured to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Here's a breakdown:

Apparel, hosiery, novelties and all other products are final sale. Due to the delicate nature of the business, we do not offer any returns or refunds.

A majority of our novelties are covered by extended manufacturer warranties. We will direct customers with defective items purchased beyond our 30-day exchange window to the relevant manufacturer. We will assist with troubleshooting issues within 30 days of purchase. We will only offer replacements for the same item if the product is found to be defective within 30 days with proof of purchase. We do not cover user error or user-caused damages. If there is a visible defect, we will require photographic proof to verify it was not user-caused. Please note, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, if applicable, except in cases where the return is due to items lost in transit. We will not process any refunds or replacements on orders marked as delivered but stolen after the fact. It's important to highlight that exchanges are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Sinful Sanctum website.
